Replant the Riverside – 2020 Watershed Celebration

Please join us for our 2020 Watershed Celebration.

It’s been a challenging year for our community – but there’s still a lot to celebrate in our watershed.

Please join the Clackamas River Basin Council as we report on our progress restoring salmon habitat, eradicating invasive species, replanting riparian forests – and more!

We will also launch the “Replant the Riverside: 10 Trees for the Clackamas” campaign.

We will be calling upon your help  to restore our burned forests. For each $10 donation you can provide a sapling and cover the costs of 5 years of follow-up care to ensure your young trees will get established. Then we’ll call upon you to help plant our trees at a volunteer work party in the Spring.

• Join us on November 19 at our 2020 Watershed Celebration
• Donate $10 for each tree you wish to plant – donate $100 and plant your own grove!
• Tag 10 friends and ask them to donate too!
• We’ll gather again on December 17 to close our campaign
• In the Spring we’ll host a volunteer party to plant our trees!

So please, join us on Zoom to can learn about successful salmon habitat restoration projects, the miles of riparian forests we’ve already planted, and future opportunities for you to support the Clackamas River and its tributaries.
