Comments: Inlet too blocked by wall of blackberry to get photo. Pipe is in good shape, very shallow. Couldn’t get to inlet portion of stream because completely covered with blackberries. Solution – Because of the high drop and the combination of moderate slope and length probably a complete blockage. Round culvert, embedded, 40 ft long, placed at stream grade. Require a profile to get placement info. County estimate based on open bottom design.
