2026 Annual Clackamas Watershed Celebration

On August 20, 2026, the Clackamas River Basin Council hosted our 24th Annual Clackamas Watershed Celebration, an evening of community, inspiration, and appreciation for the river we all share. We gathered along the banks of the Clackamas River at Barton County Park with friends, partners, supporters, and new faces who share our commitment to healthy rivers, thriving fish and wildlife, and clean water.

This year’s theme, Resilient River, celebrated the people, projects, and partnerships that help the Clackamas watershed withstand challenges and continue to thrive.

A Night of Generosity

Thanks to your support, we raised roughly $14,000 (net), our biggest year yet!

These funds support projects that improve fish and wildlife habitat, restore streamside forests, and protect drinking water for over 300,000 Oregonians. Inspired by Birds of Prey

We were honored to hear from our special guests at Perch who shared their story of protecting birds or prey. Their work to educate the public about how supporting a resilient river can help local native bird species was inspiring to us all!

**A very special thank you to Clackamas County Parks for making this event possible! County Parks helped us with free parking for guests, waived pavillion rental fees, and set up and tear down assistance. We are also truly grateful to the volunteers, board members and friends who helped us secure auction items, puchased tables and sponsorships, and helped us turn Barton Park’s pavillion into a gorgeous venue to host this special event.
