Come help restore natural areas at Cross Park in Gladstone with the Clackamas River Basin Council! Bring the family and join us as we remove the remainder of the invasive weeds and plant native trees and shrubs. Over 300,000 Oregonians get their drinking water from the Clackamas River. By lending a hand and helping us get plants in the ground, you are helping improve water quality and wildlife habitat just upstream from the drinking water intake. Your help makes a real difference!

What to bring:

Please bring water and your favorite work gloves, sturdy shoes or rubber boots and dress in layers. Tools, snacks, coffee and some freebies will be provided!

Register:

Sign-up for the event by emailing amy@clackamasriver.org or fill out the form below. This is a family-friendly event, youth are welcome if accompanied by an adult, though activities are most appropriate for ages 5 and up!

Includes restoration project updates, upcoming free workshops, volunteer opportunities, and local native plant and wildlife fun facts.
